LCS At a Glance
ENROLLMENT – LCS enrolls 300 young men and women in grades PK-3 through 12. Our student body represents over 20 churches throughout the Magic Valley.
FACILITIES – In 2008, the school relocated to our new campus at 960 Eastland Dr. in Twin Falls. Our new building gives us ample room for our entire student body, including a state-of-the-art athletic field, playground facilities, larger classrooms, and space for continuing expansion.
CLASS SIZE – Average of 16 in the high school; 18 in the middle school; 14 in the lower school (grades 1-5).
FACULTY – More than 30 dedicated and passionate men and women.
STUDENT-TO-FACULTY RATIO – 8:1 in upper, middle and lower schools; 7:1 in senior kindergarten; 6:1 in pre-school.
ACCREDITATION – LCS is fully accredited with ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) and NAAS (Northwest Association of Accredited Schools), and the State of Idaho.
COLLEGE PLACEMENT – LCS students earn admission into the most selective schools in the country.
FINANCIAL AID – LCS offers a discount for families with multiple students in attendance, a referral program, and varying scholarships. Through these programs, as well as other financial assistance initiatives, over 58% of the LCS student body enjoys discounted tuition costs.
STUDENT LIFE – At LCS, we seek to conduct an intense interscholastic program with the belief that competitive team experiences contribute significantly to the development of Christian character, the mutual support of others, and strong school spirit. We offer a full athletics program which includes: football, girls volleyball, basketball, golf, cheer, dance, and track for both boys and girls. The Lion Booster Club—open to all parents of athletes or anyone interested in supporting Lion Athletics—offers support as needed at athletic events and organizes fundraisers each year specifically for athletics.
